WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders ship within 24 hours (1 business day). Shipping guarantee applies to in stock items & orders placed before 10:00 a.m. EST. Arizona

WARRANTY REGISTRATION: To activate your warranty, please register your bag online at: http://www.caddydaddygolf.com/registration

HOW LONG IS MY WARRANTY AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?

Travel Bags, Coolers & Accessories carry a 1 year warranty from the original purchase date. During the 1 year warranty period CaddyDaddy will repair or replace products with manufacturing defects. Travel bags are covered by straight forward 1 year replacement guarantee. In the rare occurrence that a CaddyDaddy travel bag is damaged (within the first year of original ownership) we will send a brand new replacement bag at no cost to the customer. Returns will only be accepted with valid RA # issued by CaddyDaddy. For customer service assistance please reach out to us at cs@caddydaddygolf.com

GLOVES
CaddyDaddy Golf Gloves are warranted against material defects and/or workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage is only permitted with original receipt of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered under the 60 day warranty

SHIPPING TO THE UK

We do not currently ship to the UK.  Currently Claw Golf Gloves are available to UK customers through EGN Golf (based in the UK) https://egngolf.co.uk/

SHIPPING TO CANADA

Unfortunately we no longer ship directly to Canada due to exorbitant shipping costs and delays. Some items may be found on www.amazon.ca.  For Claw Glove purchases, please visit our Canadian distributor: https://bogeygolf1.com

HOW DO I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided with your order. If there is a problem with the email address you provided please submit a contact form.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE?
Standard shipping includes USPS First Class for Claw Gloves and small accessories and UPS Ground for Travel Bags and larger accessories.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM EMBROIDERY OR SILK SCREENING ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
YES! We do custom logo work on nearly all of our products (min quantities apply). If you have questions about pricing or quantity discounts please call or submit a contact form and we will reply same or next business day.
