Does it really take 7 business days?
All order can be completed in 5-7 business days upon logo stitchout approval and down payment to complete order. Orders that require logo adjustment by our art department can take longer depending on the complexity of the request. You will be notified of any additional time prior to starting the project.
What are my payment options?
CaddyDaddy Golf requires 50% down payment to start the order and the remaining balance and shipping charges upon completion of the project. All order must be paid in full before they will ship. Terms available for select clients with a credit application. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Company checks are accepted upon approval and must be received prior to orders completion for the total amount of the order including shipping.
When does my order ship?
Order ship next business day of completion of the project. You will be notified of completion and remaining balance will be made. All orders ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified. We do accept third party UPS account information to ship orders using your account. After order is shipped you will receive tracking information via email.
Are there any other options besides Ground Service?
We offer any UPS domestic shipping options including next day air early am, next day air, next day air saver, 2 day and 3day select. All services are not available to all areas. Please request additional shipping options or requirements prior to placing your order.
Can rush orders be placed?
Yes, we will do everything to accommodate your last minute needs. Details and availability as well as additional charges will be provided at time or order placement.
Can I mix and match my order? How does that work?
Yes, you can mix and match your order. Min units are requires for main order and additional single or small quantity units of other products can be added with the same logo. Example: 50 units deluxe golf shoe bag, 1 unit Golf Travel Bag. All units will have the same custom logo design. Please talk with your sales rep regarding mix and match options.

All artwork is submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email confirmation for all artwork received. Accepted formats include: .eps, .tif, .jpg, .pdf, .bmp or .psd. All artwork must be high res 200dpi or greater (lo-res web graphics will not be accepted)
Embroidery & Setup Charges
Embroidery is a method of using various color threads to stitch or sew images onto various soft materials. Setup charges apply to logo digitization and tape creation. The artwork provided determines the number of stitches needed to make a duplicate of your graphic file for embroidery. The number of stitches is determined by the size and complexity of your logo. Our standard embroidery pricing includes up to 7,000 stitches. Additional stitches above the standard listed above will incur a .50 per 1,000 stitches additional charge (we will notify you of any additional stitch count charges before embroidery production is started).
You will be charged our actual freight costs or we can ship on your UPS or FedEx account. All standard orders ship UPS or FedEx ground and will take 2-5 business for delivery days depending on your distance from Phoenix, AZ. 10 business day production time is typical and needs to be added to the ground delivery times. Rush orders with overnight, 2 day and 3 day options are available upon request. Actual charges for these services apply.
