When does my order ship?
Most orders ship same day if placed before 2 p.m. EST. All orders ship within 24 hours unless product listed shows “not currently in stock or coming soon” on the web site.

How do I get tracking information?
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided with your order. If there is a problem with the email address you provided please email us here support@caddydaddygolf.com

What shipping options do you provide?
We offer overnight, 2 day, 3 day and ground deliveries. If you have a special circumstance that requires immediate attention please call or email us and we will do our best to help.

Do you do custom embroidery or silk screening on your products?
YES! We do custom logo work on nearly all of our products. If you have questions about pricing or quantity discounts please email us at info@caddydaddygolf.com.

What is the lead time for custom corporate logos?
Generally approved artwork orders can be completed within 2 weeks. More time may be needed based on quantity or logo design.

Can rush orders be placed for custom logo work?
Yes! We will do everything we can to accommodate your last minute needs for tradeshows or tournaments. Additional charges may apply.
